MSU to host Artisan Cheese Making Class

Learn from Dr. John Partridge, Bill Robb, Barb Jenness and the MSU Dairy Plant employees about how to make cheese, start a cheese business and practice food safety.

This year the class will take place June 21-23 at MSU in Anthony Hall. Registration is now open for the class and the registration link here has all of the details for the class.
